A party request form must be filled out in order to process your booking.
Minimum booking for each birthday party is 8.
All bookings require a deposit equivalent to the value of 8 kids.
Deposits once paid are non-refundable by cash. However, we can offer arranging new dates for parties which are then valid for 1 year.
Outside food or drinks (other than the birthday cake) or external party organisers are strictly not allowed.
Please note that you will only be able to participate if you have completed our waiver. If you are under the age of 18 the waiver will need to be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and must weigh less than 91kg.
We recommend jumpers with heart, back or neck conditions or with weak limbs caused by previous fractures should seek medical advice before participating.
NO belt buckles or studs on clothing. Please remove all keys, key-chains, sharp or pointed objects from apparel or pockets. Please remove all jewellery items.
At least 48 hours notice needs to be given for additional guests to be added to your booking and payment also needs to be made for the additional guests.
Young children, the elderly and individuals with chronic health conditions are encouraged to stay at home for their own health and safety.
Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of cancellation, rescheduling is allowed or a credit note will be issued.
We have NO discount on our birthday party packages.
Minimum height of 94cms to enter the play area.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all public holidays are considered WEEKEND.
For parties booked for more than 20 attendees, 2 hosts are provided. If the number of attendees drops below 20, the Air Maniax team must be notified at least 24 hours before the party. If this is not followed, a minimum payment for 20 children will be made payable upon conclusion of the party. This includes the deposit already paid.
