HOW LONG ARE PARTIES?

It depends on the package you take. For Silver and Gold, it is 2 hours altogether. For Diamond and Platinum, it is 2.5 hours altogether (extra 30 minutes of jumping time). The event is a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes long. This includes 30 minutes check-in time at the beginning and 30 minutes at the party table for food, cake and presents.

MY CHILD IS ALLERGIC TO NUTS, IS YOUR FACILITY NUT-FREE?

We are striving toward a nut-free facility; however, we cannot guarantee that our ingredients have not come into contact with nuts at our suppliers' facilities or while being transported.

ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS ON THE PARTIES?

No age restriction however, you need to be 95cm tall to use our facilities.

ARE THERE ANY INSTRUCTORS OR LEADERS IN ACTIVITIES?

Your party host will absolutely lead all activities and be available to all party attendees throughout the duration of your party. We have Street Maniax coaches and park monitors stationed across the park, who are always happy and willing to share some tips, tricks and advice.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN DECORATIONS?

This depends on the decorations (with the exclusion of Pinatas). For more information please ask one of our party planners.

WHAT DOES THE PARTY HOST DO?

Your Party Host is specially assigned to your party to act as a server, among other responsibilities. Your Party Host will welcome all your guests as they check in, point out the rules video for safe jumping, do a special birthday shout-out for the Guest of Honour, serve your pizza and dessert, take care of set-up/clean-up of your party table and present your final bill for payment. They help smooth interactions between you, our staff and our facility, so if you have any questions, comments or concerns about your party experience, please talk to your Party Host!

DO YOU HAVE INVITATIONS?

Yes, of course! Once we have received the deposit, our dedicated party experts will get an electronic invite sent to you via whatsapp or email. That way you can get everyone to RSVP!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you cancel your party or event, we cannot refund your deposit, however, we are able to reschedule your party any time up to 1 year with no penalty.

DO YOU HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we require a deposit for 8 attendants. Parties with more than 20 attendants must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the event cost. The deposit will be applied towards your final bill.For parties booked for more than 20 attendees, 2 hosts are provided. If the number of attendees drops below 20, the Maniax team must be notified at least 24 hours before the party. If this is not followed, a charge will be payable for the extra host provided.

WHAT IF I HAVE A GUEST WITH A FOOD ALLERGY?

If we cannot accommodate the food allergy in our Café, special permission must be granted prior by a manager to bring food in (only for the guest with allergies).

CAN I BRING IN CAKE/CUPCAKES?

Yes, if you booked one of our party packages, you are permitted to bring in a special birthday dessert, whether it's cake, cupcakes, donuts or other special treats!

CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD/BEVERAGES IN?

No. We do not allow outside food or drinks. We have a full café that offers a variety of delicious fresh made food, and your favorite snacks and refreshments. Visit our menu

DO YOU HAVE PLATES, CUTLERY ETC... FOR CAKE?

Yes, we take care of all the plates, cutlery, napkins and cups for your party as needed for pizza, cake and pop pitchers. We provide lighters, cake knives, and pie servers for your cake service. Please bring your own candles.

DO YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE?

No, we do not store any credit card information given over the phone for a party deposit. You may pay your remaining party balance with the same or different form of payment at the end of your party.
